MagDrive™ technology
A magnetic drive instead of a submerged pump
In a traditional fountain, a small motor pump sits in the water and pushes it upward. The Elfin D1 Pro moves water with a magnetic drive instead, so the motor is not sitting in the tank. That removes several narrow channels and crevices that normally collect residue, which makes routine cleaning simpler.
It is still a water appliance: handle it with normal care, keep it on a level surface, and never submerge or wash the electronic base — wipe it with a slightly damp cloth only.
Dispensing modes
Three ways to offer water
- Pet detected
Smart Mode
Water runs for 60 seconds when a pet is detected nearby. If no pet is detected for a period, the dispensing frequency may increase.
- Every 15 min
Timer Mode
Water runs for 20 seconds every 15 minutes, so fresh water is offered at regular intervals through the day.
- Plugged in only
Continuous Mode
Water flows continuously while the fountain is plugged into power. This mode is available only when the fountain is connected to power.

Placement
Put it where your dog already drinks
Charge the built-in battery, then set the fountain down without routing a cable across the room. Plug it back in whenever you want continuous flow.

4 litres between refills
A 135 fl oz tank covers a full day for most households, including homes with more than one pet. Refill with water below 104°F / 40°C.

Stainless steel where it matters
The drinking tray lifts out for rinsing and is the only part that may go in the dishwasher. The ABS body keeps the unit light enough to carry to the sink.
Cleaning
Detach, rinse, reassemble
Water-side components separate for regular cleaning. The electronic base must only be wiped with a slightly damp cloth — never submerged or washed.
Filtration
A filter you can replace easily
Soak and rinse a new filter before installing it, then replace it roughly every two to three weeks depending on usage and your local water quality.

The drinking height is approximately 5.4 inches, which works for a wide range of dogs. It is not recommended for miniature-size breeds.
