Warranty periods

The whole fountain unit is covered for 12 months, excluding the battery. The battery is covered for 6 months. These periods apply to covered defects and begin from purchase.

Consumables and replacement accessories

Consumable and replacement accessories have no warranty. This does not exclude remedies required by applicable law or remedies for an item that arrives defective, damaged or incorrect.

What a claim usually needs

• Your order number and proof of purchase.
• A description of the fault and, where possible, photos or a short video.
• The model (CPTY04) and SKU (D01027H85T7) as shown on your order.

Typically not covered

• Consumable and replacement accessories, subject to the remedies stated above.
• Damage from misuse, drops, or submerging the base unit in water.
• Damage from using a power supply other than the supplied 5V/1A adapter and cable.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Care that helps keep the warranty valid

Follow the cleaning and setup instructions in the product manual. Only the stainless-steel tray is dishwasher safe; wipe the base with a damp cloth and never submerge it.
