One-year limited manufacturer warranty

The product is covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Eligibility is subject to the manufacturer's terms, proof of purchase and regional availability.

What a claim usually needs

• Your order number and proof of purchase.
• A description of the fault and, where possible, photos or a short video.
• The model (CPTY04) and SKU (D01027H85T7) as shown on your order.

Typically not covered

• Normal wear of consumable parts such as the filter.
• Damage from misuse, drops, or submerging the base unit in water.
• Damage from using a power supply other than the supplied 5V/1A adapter and cable.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Care that helps keep the warranty valid

Follow the cleaning and setup instructions in the product manual. Only the stainless-steel tray is dishwasher safe; wipe the base with a damp cloth and never submerge it.
