By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Elfin Pet Hydration is operated by FLIP BM MARKETING LLC, registration 0008031891. Independent online retailer. Product and brand names are used only to identify the products offered for sale.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. If an item is unavailable or a price is shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping to the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia is free. US sales tax is calculated at checkout; prices in AED and SAR include VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.

Product use

Use the product as described in the supplied manual. Do not submerge the base unit, and check that the drinking height suits your dog before buying.
