- Yes. The fountain has a built-in 5000 mAh rechargeable battery, so it can run in Smart Mode or Timer Mode without being connected to power. Continuous Mode is available only while it is plugged in.
- The tank holds 4 litres (135 fl oz), which suits dogs and multi-pet households.
- No. The Elfin D1 Pro uses a pumpless MagDrive™ magnetic-drive design instead of a traditional submerged motor pump, which removes several hard-to-clean areas.
- Smart Mode and Timer Mode work on battery power. Continuous Mode requires the fountain to be plugged in.
- Yes, in Continuous Mode — but only while the fountain is connected to power.
- Replace the filter approximately every two to three weeks, depending on usage and your local water quality. Soak and rinse a new filter before installing it.
- Only the stainless-steel water tray is dishwasher-safe. Never put the full unit in a dishwasher, and never wash or submerge the electronic base — wipe it with a slightly damp cloth only.
- The drinking height is approximately 5.4 inches, which suits a wide range of dogs, from Dachshunds to Labradors. It is not recommended for miniature-size breeds. Please compare the fountain dimensions with your dog's comfortable drinking height before purchasing.

- Connect the supplied USB Type-C cable and power adapter to the fountain's port. The input rating is 5V/1A. Full details are in the user manual.
