- Yes. The fountain has a built-in 5000 mAh rechargeable battery, so it can run in Smart Mode or Timer Mode without being connected to power. Continuous Mode is available only while it is plugged in.
- The tank holds 4 litres (135 fl oz), providing generous capacity for dogs, including homes with more than one dog.
- No. The Elfin D1 Pro uses a pumpless MagDriveâ„¢ magnetic-drive design instead of a traditional submerged motor pump, which removes several hard-to-clean areas.
- Smart Mode and Timer Mode work on battery power. Continuous Mode requires the fountain to be plugged in.
- Yes, in Continuous Mode — but only while the fountain is connected to power.
- Replace the filter approximately every two to three weeks, depending on usage and your local water quality. Soak and rinse a new filter before installing it.
- Only the stainless-steel water tray is dishwasher-safe. Never put the full unit in a dishwasher, and never wash or submerge the electronic base — wipe it with a slightly damp cloth only.
- The Elfin D1 Pro is made only for dogs and is tailored for most breeds. Its approximately 5.4-inch drinking height suits a wide range of dog sizes, from Dachshunds to Labradors. It is not recommended for miniature-size breeds, so compare the fountain with your dog's comfortable drinking height before purchasing.
- One Cheerble Pet Fountain Elfin D1 Pro, one filter, one USB Type-C cable, one power adapter and one user manual.
- Connect the supplied USB Type-C cable and power adapter to the fountain's port. The input rating is 5V/1A. Full details are in the user manual.

- We currently ship to the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Processing takes up to 3 business days before dispatch. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days in the US and 7–10 business days to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Eligible returns may be requested within 60 calendar days after receiving the product, calculated from the day following delivery. Contact us before sending anything back; approved eligible return shipping is paid by Elfin Pet Hydration, and the return address is provided after authorization.
- Unless otherwise specified, the whole unit excluding the battery is covered for 12 months and the battery for 6 months. Consumable and replacement accessories have no warranty, except where required by law or if they arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.
