Return and Refund Policy

Return window

You may request an eligible return within 60 calendar days after receiving the product. The 60-day period is calculated from the day following delivery.

Condition of returned items

Return eligibility is confirmed during authorization. Please keep the product and all items received with it available for inspection and follow the return instructions we provide.

How to start a return

Email info@elfinpet.shop or use the contact page with your order number and reason for return. You must receive authorization and return instructions before sending anything. The return address is provided only after authorization; the published business address is not a return address.

Return shipping costs

Elfin Pet Hydration pays the return-shipping cost for approved eligible returns.

Refunds

Once the return is received, inspection and processing may take up to 10 days. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears on your statement.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If the fountain arrives damaged or does not work as described, contact us with photos and your order number. Faulty items may also be covered by the manufacturer warranty described on our warranty page.

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law that applies where you live.
