Track your order

We email you an order confirmation after payment and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Using your confirmation email

Open the order confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout.
Keep your order number (for example EPH-100001) — you'll need it if you contact us.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Send us your order number and the email address used at checkout and we will look the order up for you.

Payment pending — the payment has not been confirmed yet.
Paid — the payment is confirmed and the order is being prepared.
Fulfilled / shipped — the parcel is with the carrier, with tracking if available.
Delivered — the carrier has marked the parcel as delivered.
Refunded — the payment has been refunded to the original payment method.
Cancelled — the order will not be shipped.
