Track your order
Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We only show the details needed to follow your order.
Order statuses we use
- Order received — we have your order and are waiting for payment confirmation.
- Payment confirmed — Stripe has confirmed your payment.
- Processing — we're preparing your fountain for dispatch.
- Shipped — your parcel is with the carrier, with a tracking number if available.
- Delivered — the carrier has marked the parcel as delivered.
- Refunded — the payment has been refunded.
- Cancelled — the order will not be shipped.
