Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered to the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing time

Orders are processed for up to 3 business days before dispatch.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch within the United States, and 7–10 business days after dispatch to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date and carrier delays may occur.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking details are added to your order and sent to you by email. You can follow your order using the order status link in your confirmation email — see the order tracking page for the steps, or contact us with your order number and we will look it up.

Taxes

United States: any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia: prices are shown in AED or SAR and include VAT.

Address accuracy

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible; once an order has shipped the address can no longer be changed.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact info@elfinpet.shop promptly with your order number and details if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
